Blugenics Naturals LLC offers a full (60-day) refund Money Back Guarantee (on initial Affiliate orders. Even if the bottles are empty) based on all proprietary exclusive rights to, products and or services owned, sold, or distributed by Blugenics Naturals LLC either through a retail network or e-commerce online sales. At any time if a Blugenics Naturals LLC Affiliate would like to cancel their account and receive a refund, Blugenics Naturals LLC will comply provided the user is within the allotted 60-day timeframe.
CUSTOMERS: Have the same as above, however on 30 days to return the item.
NOTE: Blugenics Naturals LLC rewards, commissions, and bonuses are not eligible for refund at any time, only product purchases made from an Affiliate’s user’s bank account or credit card can be refunded.

RETURNS: Most returns on products purchased will be handled by our Shipping Fulfillment Supplier at the warehouse level and will function within their return policy guidelines. Blugenics Naturals LLC will be responsible for, a direct return of monies, a store credit, etc. Blugenics Naturals LLC will in a rare case return the purchaser's dollars to their account. This style of return has a minimum 7-day processing timeframe as the vendor will be responsible for returning any purchasing funds to Blugenics Naturals LLC before the Blugenics Naturals LLC purchaser account can be credited.
